Nutrition has always been a essential factor, going back to our ancestors where from Homo Aquaticus the human, became a Homo Sapien. Our distant ancestors ate no dairy or grain products.
Most food intolerances come about due to the fact that within the Digestive System, the Enzyme that should be there to work on the food , is non existent, so the body has a hard time trying to absorb.
For example: If a person is intolerant to wheat, the enzyme Gluten would be missing from the system. If a person has an intolerance to Lactose, in this case, the Lactose enzyme in the persons` Digestive System is missing. This little explanation has been simplified.
