The Stones
Elements are the building block of all materials including rocks. Rocks are chemical elements or compounds found naturally in the crust of the earth. They can be sedimentary or volcanic. Basalt is a dark heavy lava that is widespread all over the world. They are perfect for Stone massage therapy because of their metallic element and it is of utmost importance that the stones used are conductive to stone Therapy and not just any type of stone can be used. Safety is the first priority.
Chakra connection
Traditionally there are 7 Chakras and these are energy centres of the etheric body. These charkas need to be balanced to have homeostasis.
Different stones and crystals have been used for thousand of years for natural healing. The ancient art of crystal healing uses the gentle transformation properties of stones and semi precious stones because these transmit natural energy.
When placed on specific points they dissolve stress, remove blockages, neutralize negative energy, drawing away energy from over stimulated areas and re energizing depleted areas. This enhances a feeling of well being and balance.
