Stress has become a constant problem in our daily life mainly due to the fact that our generation had to get accustomed to many changes that occurred very quickly and in a short span of time.
People today had to get accustomed to Computerised systems, Nuclear power, the female gender going out to work, wars happening all the time, aggressiveness on the Media, dealing with people aiming very high at work and coping with financial problems and trying to deal with whatever may be happening at the moment.
Another concern is the polluted areas we seem to be living in making the body crave for clean oxygen. We are also consuming a lot of pre-prepared foods which contains a lot of additives and all this leads back to the person becoming really STRESSED!
The Syllabus includes:
Anatomy and Physiology of the Head, Back and Arms. Treatment plan for each person.(stress management will also be dealt with by doing massage on the Neck, Back and Arms). Study of Stress levels, how it comes about and how to deal with it. Positive and Negative stress. Healing process.
